At Lamu Center for Preventative Health, we are dedicated to addressing the healthcare needs of underserved communities in Lamu, Kenya. Our experienced team leverages their extensive knowledge in public health and community engagement to provide comprehensive and accessible healthcare solutions.
Our staff consists of compassionate healthcare professionals, community advocates, and trained volunteers who are committed to improving health outcomes through proactive care and education. Together, we work tirelessly to build a healthier future for the communities we serve.
How to Get involved?
Fundraising
Volunteering time and energy to our fundraising campaign where you live. LCPH hosts an annual fundraising event in Bloomington/Normal area where you are welcome to join us or help us organize the event.
Donation
Dollars go far in Lamu, and all contributions go directly to enhancing the healthcare services that LCPH provides to the Lamu community. In addition to medical equipment, medicines, and educational materials, your money will go to paying healthcare worker salaries. All funds donated are tax deductible.
Community outreach projects
Join volunteers including healthcare specialists for our community outreach projects in Kenya. You can consider offering health services to the people in Lamu by devoting part of your vacation to sharing your medical expertise.
